修改方法：
打开：templates/default/Discuz.htm
查找：

注意：
如果想把图标换到自己服务器上 把www.qq159.com/b/*.gif 换成你的图标地址

这句里面的“"{echo cutstr($forum[lastpost][subject], 22)}”22是标题字数限制，可以根据自己模板风格自己制定！
